I ordered 2 Merrychef oven protectors. One of them arrived having leaked and dried chemicals on outside of the bottle. They were both filthy dirty too. However I contacted My Tub about the half empty bottle and, once back in stock, sent me a replacement with no argument. I wasnt impressed with the initial delivery and it had been dumped down quite quickly before it could be checked, however, I was pleased with the customer service response so will continue to use My Tub...

Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. I wanted a folding shower screen finding one to fit my specification proived difficult but Mytub staff were very helpful and patient.
