Order completed, very satisfied. I was able to obtain information promptly and updates were fine but I had to prompt to asscertan that the expected delivery was infact to be the actual, the day before delivery was due.
I would recomend and will use again provided the price is right.

Thank you for delivering my order which arrived in excellent condition and on time according to your third forecast of ETA. Taped to the container was a mystery item - a small roll of electrical insulating tape. As I'm often running out, that was very useful....

Thank you for very prompt delivery. Only problem was the item which was not expensive required a signiature, very lucky I was just on my way out and did sign for item. I asked for delivery to be placed in secure locatation at the property but was e.mailed regarding signiature being required. Perhaps you could look at this if the buyer accepts responsibility...

We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever concerning our dealings with mytub. The item we ordered was obsolete but mytub were very quick to suggest alternatives. We phoned them to order one of them which was cheaper than the one we had ordered and paid for. The balance of our payment was refunded immediately. The item, a towel rail, arrived the next day. From start to finish, we were kept fully informed of the progress of our order. The person we spoke to on the phone was polite and efficient. We can thoroughly recommend this company. Disappointing delivery. After having had the delivery date altered, the date was finally confirmed but it was not delivered. Christine went out of her way to resolve the problem and keep me informed about the progress, which I appreciate. In the end, and with Christines help, I had to go to the carrier and collect the order. Not ideal I would say, and it seems like your carrier let you down. Other than that I was satisfied with the process....
