When order was placed there was no communication from yourselves regarding that one of the items was out of stock and would take at least 4 weeks to get . I only found out from my local plumbers merchant who you tried to place the order with Once I had then emailed youselves a member of your staff think her name was Karen contacted me and once I explained the situation that I needed it the following week , went away and managed to source the item for me. Was very impressed with how the problem was dealt withand items were delivered when promised , but think the webpage product listings should be clearer on delivery times with these sort of items.

My order arrived next day which was great. But the item had to be signed for. I fortunately returned home otherwise I would not of received it. I was not given a tracking number so I had no idea when the order would arrive. Also on the website it asks where to leave the order, but this is useless as the delivery driver needs the items to be signed for. The logistics need some serious attention if your going to charge high costs for delivery....

Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. I only bought a replacement cistern lever for my Tiffany Suite but I was impressed with the level of service I got. Someone from the firm was quickly on the phone to let me know when the delivery would take place (following an abortive attempt to the wrong address by the carrier!) and the lever was exactly as specified....
