The price is better than the local plumbing shops for the items I bought. The delivery time was not the quickest but came when they said it would....

Delivery was on the date requested with all items correct. Excellent service - much better that Bathstore who were supposed to supply other items on the project....

The service was excellent and even though I ordered the wrong part to start off with they advised me on the return and replacement with the correct part. My many e-mails were answered promptly and the staff were friendly and efficient.
The product was exactly what I required and the website was easy to use.

Thank you for all your trouble, as I appreciate that I had asked for something a little unusual. Thanks for chasing it up when it did not arrive, and am pleased to say it arrived on Momday as promised. Once again many thanks for your effort and service. Peter Radford....
