The website desktop version used made it easy to find the product required. All the information needed to make a decision on purchase was displayed. Once the order was placed I was disappointed to find that the product was not available for prompt delivery and the email I received indicated that an order could be placed at additional cost of £6 VAT which I was not prepared to pay so asked for my order to be cancelled. I was then contacted by a very helpful lady, Christine, so said that a purchase order could be placed at no additional cost so my order was not cancelled. Shortly after that I received notification that the product would be delivered on a specified day which indeed it was. The on line ordering system was excellant and completed without any problem. Confirmation of the order and shipping details received via email again excellant.
Goods all received as specified on the advised delivery date.
So all round the service was excellant.
The only criticisim I have is the the inlet valve supplied with the particular cistern I purchased will not fit if you use the right side handed flush if the inlet is on the right as well. I am now left with a part that is of no use to me. ...

Good customer service and helpful contact - when it became clear you couldnt supply the original panels I wanted and to be honest, I thought they might have been discontinued you offered me options and quickly processed the new order and partial refund. You were also courteous while I was asking what turned out to be a foolish question! : Your supplier rang me promptly to arrange delivery, which was in the timeframe specified. Thanks!...
