Hello Jeannette we have collected the door now and have it home for the workmen coming tommorrow. Two very relieved and happy customers here! I cant thank you enough for the level of service you provided from the moment the order was placed - we put ourselves under a lot of pressure by placing the order so late and in such difficult weather conditions and we count ourselves very fortunate indeed that we had someone like you on the other end dealing with our order. Great service & communication, the item was delivered Saturday as arranged. Only slight criticism was that it would have been nice to have known you were having a two week shutdown over Xmas when I made the order, there was no mention of it on the order page. Otherwise very happy.

Bit of a muddle on delivery which meant I stayed in for best part of a day but 3rd time lucky. Advice to others: always check first thing if item on the van on deliivery day. Otherwise the product and service were excellent.
