I placed an order with MyTub in early September and was informed promptly that there will be a delay in fulfilling this order of some 6 weeks. This presented no problem as I did not want to use this tap straightaway. The very good price charged made it worthwhile the wait. MyTub were very good in the interim period to inform me of the progress and eventually at 5 weeks, the tap arrived, earlier than 6 weeks estimate, in absolutely brand spanking new condition. I have not used this particular tap yet but have used this particular model. It is one of the best types in the market by the name of Grohe. I have every confidence of this tap being no different, when I use it. What more can say about MyTub & Grohe other than sing high praises & recommend the company highly....

Overall, a not very good experience, admittedly dealing with a tricky problem. Let me first say though that the staff I corresponded with were absolutely first rate- a credit to you.
Having said that, It took over two months to locate and ship the part I was looking for, despite having been promised it would be delivered much earlier. Also, the punitive shipping charges meant it was nearly as cheap to buy two as one- so I did. I guess this means you do not want small bits of business.
Finally, and not really your fault, the part I was sent was not a copy of what I was trying to replace. It looks like the supplier has tried to produce a universal part to replace many minor variations on the same theme that have been produced over the years. It did not fit. The quality of the product that was delivered to me was far from the standard that I would have expected from a company like yourselves. The item appeared to have been in the warehouse for a number of years and was bent with paint starting to corrode.
I can only say that the item was replaced within a period of 2 weeks with a quality item. Service response was good.
The original item should never have been allowed to be delivered as there could not have been any quality checks. This was someone getting rid of some old rubbish item. I can only say that this has certainly put me off using the website and supplier again.
