Excellent service with delivery on the date promised. Great communication at all times.
Only gripe I have is that with buying Armitage Shanks products I would have expected that they would have the company name embossed on them as in the past. To me Armitage Shanks is a quality product, the reason I bought them in the first place and I have also written to them to that effect with feedback.

Delay in getting the order to me because the item was discontinued but they did obtain it & send it. It arrived & a week later I got an email to say it would be delivered next Monday. Not impressed with that communication....

The MyTub website was easy to use, I found the items I was looking for very easily, and the whole process right through to paying for my goods was very simple. Was disappointed as did not realise when ordered that glass door for oven would take 15 days, and was not told that would have to drive to a parts centre (14 mile round trip) to collect it. The staff were polite and answered email promptly, however gave name of the retail park where to go for collection but not the name of the Parts Company. Fortunately I had asked in a previous email for the telephone number, so was able to ring the number and ask them who they were and where to go in the retail park. The item is what was ordered and cheaper than elsewhere, so would order again from MuTub, but would want to know how long is the wait before ordering, especially for an urgently needed part.

My order was dealt with very speedilly and the goods arrived on time. Delivery man phoned to give time for delivery and arrived on the dot. Have not yet assembled the shower kit, but all seems to complete and in good condition....
