Having been let down badly, by the appalling service of a rival supplier, I could not fault the service recieved by My Tub. Goods ordered arrived in specified time scale, online updates fantastic and even a call to tell me when it would be delivered, the best price I could find on the web for the product I required, and a sensible delivery charge too. Everything I want from a supplier. Will be using you again and recommending to friends.
The only thing that might prevent me from ordering more things, is finding them on your site. You have to know the product code to find it, pictures would be helpful, as it is really hard to tell from a product code if it will match requirements. More pictures please!

We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever concerning our dealings with mytub. The item we ordered was obsolete but mytub were very quick to suggest alternatives. We phoned them to order one of them which was cheaper than the one we had ordered and paid for. The balance of our payment was refunded immediately. The item, a towel rail, arrived the next day. From start to finish, we were kept fully informed of the progress of our order. The person we spoke to on the phone was polite and efficient. We can thoroughly recommend this company. I bought a toilet on this website, it was the Twyford E100 bottom outlet close coupled pan with the Twyford E100 Square raised height lever cistern, made for the raised height pan but decided to buy it with the standard E100 bottom outlet pan as its the same as the push button cistern accept it isnt push button, its side lever instead and its great.
This toilet was bought for a friend but had it shipped to my address as he wasnt in and I will need to buy another 3 toilets with this site soon.
When the toilet first came, it was a bit of a pain in the neck to put the cistern on the pan as the screws through the cistern wasnt long enough but the screws werent actually the problem, it was the washer that goes between the pan and the cistern.
I got a new one for my mate and it fitted ...
