Very slow delivery on urgent parts.
Staff were very quick to reply to emails about our concerns, but it still took a long time to receive the goods which were affecting our process.

The on line ordering system was excellant and completed without any problem. Confirmation of the order and shipping details received via email again excellant.
Goods all received as specified on the advised delivery date.
So all round the service was excellant.
The only criticisim I have is the the inlet valve supplied with the particular cistern I purchased will not fit if you use the right side handed flush if the inlet is on the right as well. I am now left with a part that is of no use to me. ...

Best service ever!! A well-known gas supplier condemned my boiler because of supposed obsolete parts. Please be aware that all goods were received safe and sound, but had to be repackaged by your courier PTS as the weight and volume of goods were too much for the padded envelope used....
