Just want to thank My tub for excellent service. I ordered a part that has now been declared obsolete by the manufacturer and My tub managed to track down the item and get it delivered to me asap. I was kept informed of the status of my order at all times and I feel I should give special praise to Christine who went above and beyond to source my item and complete my order. Only niggle: I waited in on the estimated delivery day but received an email at 4pm saying it would in fact be the following day, thus wasting my time. Luckily, Im retired! Communications otherwise good....

Radiator casing arrived early on the requested day and in good condition. However, the packaging was partially open, allowing the parts supplied to be visible.

As we use our own distribution the goods are carried from the store to the van to your home, theres no need for any packing the goods are handled with care.

Good service.
The pedestal was damaged when it was delivered last Friday - as the driver managed to let it slip out of his hand onto our driveway. However, a replacement was delivered within a few hours.
Overall very satisfied....

I cannot comment on the basin itself, as the plumber still has to fit. The delivery was exceptional. I missed the van in the morning but the driver put a personal note through the door with his phone number which I called, and he delivered on the way back to the depot. That is terrific service. Well done Inverness!...
