A very quick and efficient service, especially regarding checking as to whether an item is in stock.
One of my requests was the other was found to be no longer available but that didnt stop MyTub checking to see if it was available from other competitor suppliers. Thats what is called service!
I was kept fully informed as to the ordering, dispatching and delivery of my part.
Overall an excellent company to do business with.

delivery driver said we would of had our order on friday but someone had put the wrong postcode on the parcel eg 5dp instead of 5dq so they couldnt find us....

Unfortunately my parcel was delivered to the wrong address in Portslade. The gentleman who signed the delivery note made out it was for him although the address label was clearly for me in Southwick. The delivery driver was contacted via My Hub and was able to collect the parcel and bring it to me the next day. The parcel had been opened and there was no paperwork or fitting instructions in the box. It appears the man in Portslade did not know where he had put them. I do have to stress that when putting addresses into a sat nav the post code should be used as often road names occur in neighbouring towns....

The delivery arrived eventually although there were some delays caused by a lack of stock and I was somewhat suprised to get a call on the delivery day from The Plumb Centre asking when I would be in to accept the delivery, I assumed that this item would be delivered by post. The delivery was made a couple of days later and once I had retrieved it from the bottom of our recycling bin I was eventually in a position to fit it.
the fitting of the new hinge to the existing toilet set was complicated somewhat by both the new brackets and the screws being of different sizes to the originals. Due to this I ended up having to use both the existing hinge brackets and the existing screws which annoyed my slightly as I ended up throwing away brand new items that I had just bought. Although I did not find your website that easy to navigate, your Customer Services staff were very helpdful. They gave me the exact information that I needed to place my order. I was also pleasantly surprised to see the price of the items that I ordered through yourselves, and delivered by Plumb Centre, and the much higher prices shown for the same items on the Plumb Centre website!...
