My order arrived exactly when I was told it would and was excellent value for money compared with other sites. I had a slight panic when I received the delivery because I didnt think the item I had ordered Twford toilet seat would fit the toilet bowl but the customer service team where very calm and understanding when I telephoned. In fact the seat fitted perfectly and was exactly as described on the web site. ...

Very quick delivery once notified that the item had been sent. Seals exactly as described, easy to cut to size and fit perfectly. The only drawback was the wait between placing the order and it being despatched....

After ordering, I was kept upt0 date as it was processed and estimated delivery set. As this was finalised, I was given the actual delivery date the same and it was promptly delivered. The item was as described, undamaged, complete and the price was very good. I am a very happy customer because I shopped around and discovered a good supplier. Apart from the very late delivery, which I know was beyond My Tubs control thanks UK Mail, I know it’s a busy time of year but “Next Day” delivery was a full two days late otherwise My Tubs regular communications with me and chasing UK Mail to deliver before Christmas, were spot on. A very big thanks to Rachel, she was marvellous....
