Very efficient service. I requested some parts which sales assistant ordered from manufacturer and sent to me free of charge! They could have easily charged me at least for P&P but chose no to which is extremely rare in this capitalist, profit driven economy! Very happy! thank you very much and all the best with business! The wrong product was delivered but after a call to Mytub the correct part was delivered a few days later. You find out how much a company values its customers when theres a problem to sort out and Im happy with they way Mytub dealt with correcting the mistake. Thank you....

after placing initial order and paying for it i was then told my item was obsolete my tub dont stock it but they said they would source my item for me which ended up costing me £25 more than mytubs original price. i feel i could have been told before payment that they dont have items in stock leaving me free to look elsewhere or they could have quoted a price items will cost you after they order them in for you first before taking your money. not as cheap as you first appear!!

Order came on the day expected, but a week for a small part could be improved.
Part is slightly dented, not as a result of delivery, qa before packing would be good.
I havent fitted the part yet so hopefully the dent wont affect installation...
