Really helpful service when I enquired over the phone. Order process online quick and easy. Delivered within a few days and driver was also friendly. The seat was a little different to the original but I supposed the old one was 8 years old - still looks ok and fits properly, but it might be worth mentioning to other customers and having more photos from different views on the website. Great service & communication, the item was delivered Saturday as arranged. Only slight criticism was that it would have been nice to have known you were having a two week shutdown over Xmas when I made the order, there was no mention of it on the order page. Otherwise very happy.

Great prices inc free delivery with excellent customer service.
Order delivered within 2 days.
Unfortunately there was a manufacturing fault with the sink out of My Tubs control . I emailed MyTtub and Christine dealt with the problem immediately and I received a replacement in less than 24hrs. She provided excellent customer careafter sales service and is a credit to My Tub.
Would definitely recommenduse again....

This was a first class service, I was updated as to when to expect delivery, and it happened as promised. The cistern was a direct replacement and I was put right by yourselves as I nearly ordered a side entry instead of a bottom entry, so thanks for that. The only drawback was that the inlet, outlet and overflow are all in the correct position but the two screw holes that hold the cistern to the wall have been moved about 38", so a straight forward exchange took longer than it should have. Not your fault its Twyfords. ...

The service was good. It came when you said it would and the response to my order was fast.
Sadly it did take 3 weeks to get it here, which did seem a very long time and will mean if I need it in a hurry Ill look for another supplier.

A 1st class service. I used the online chat facility to check that the part was in stock. Once I placed the order I was contacted and informed that the regular delivery service could not guarantee delivery before Christmas. The express delivery arrived within 30hrs ...
