I am very pleased with mytub, the sales process went well, apart from through no fault of their own that did not receive my order straightaway because I forgot to press the confirm button. I really like the facility of being able to pay by BACs and the goods were correctly delivered apart from through no fault of their own the carrier had a problem and the goods were a day late, but even then it was a quick service....

We have been very happy with the service from MyTub. We had to replace our boiler at very short notice and MyTub had the best price we could find. Goods received well packaged and intact. Because they arrived later than I expected 13 days after order I will not have time to assemble and install before going on holiday so cannot comment on quality of product yet. I was well informed about the progress of the order and received a telephone call to check and confirm the delivery date which was useful. ...

Hi there.
The first thing that went wrong was that the delivery date was shown to be very quick (which is why you got the order) - it was only when i had actually ordered the item that you subsequently informed me of the true delivery date, which was too far ahead to be of any use to us as we needed the toilet fixed before New Year's Eve as it was my birthday and we were having a party.
However luckily i rang and spoke to Laurie who was extremely polite and helpful and he took the trouble to check with the supplier for me if the item was in stock (which it was) and then arranged for the item to be delivered very very quickly. He deserves a medal as we were then able to fix the problem. He also took the trouble to wish me a happy birthday, which was above and beyond the call of duty.
