Was rather disturbed initially that the order would be delayed some two weeks or so. It was not an issue for me at the time as I keep spares of this rather unreliable and fragile item. However, if I did have a faulty part, I would have had much inconvenience.

Ordered a bathroom cabinet panel on Monday. Received a phone call on Wednesday asking if it would be ok to deliver it that day, which it was. I received it early evening on Wednesday. All in all a first class service and would recommend to everyone....

To find and order the product I required on the website was very easy. I was kept I formed by email of my orders progress, quickly being given an estimated date of delivery, which was confirmed by a further email. Product arrived on day advised. What an amazing service. I ordered two soft close loo seats, I was given a courtesy call to check I’d ordered the correct one. The toilet seats were subsequently dispatched and arrived the next day.
