On ordering I was given an estimated delivery date and the day before delivery an email arrived confirming the delivery - this is a great service. The pedestal was damaged when it was delivered last Friday - as the driver managed to let it slip out of his hand onto our driveway. However, a replacement was delivered within a few hours.
