Order finally got to me. I was kept up to date on the progress but for too long to wait for parts that are advertised at 35 days. ...

really fast service, quick delivery and informative website. Was able to find out what loo seat I need from the 100s available, which would not have been possible without your guidance. Thanks!...

Hello David
I am very sorry but I can see from the supplier's notes that there has been an error on the order. We are looking into getting this to you much quicker as a result.

My order was fulfilled on the date originally advised. But of course when I placed the order I didnt expect to have to wait 2 weeks for the item to arrive. I think I should have been warned beforehand about the probable delay. One thing I must comment on though is the excellent system of communication after the order was placed....
