Very prompt and efficient.Fire now operational again. Part no. on the paperwork would have been useful for future reference. Thank you.

Order arrived this morning. Excellent service from the company and I would not hesitate to use them again. Mono Basin Mixer is just what I wanted and at a really good price. Thank you once again...

Hi, In general the speed of order was very prompt, I ordered on Sunday and received the part on Tuesday.
Unfortunately the part did not fit, with the attachment being too large. This does make me wonder why you are advertising indesit parts, that do not fit
Thanks

Good points - Item arrived promptly, well packed and as described. Efficient service for a replacement part.
Negative points - My inbox has 11 emails from them, most of which were not necessary. Courier carriage charge of £7.20 was excessive for an item that could have been posted by Royal Mail for £2.80....

Hi
We had a few problems with this order, it came a day late and there was only 50% of material. However this was due to your suppliers incorrect information. I look forward to the next time.

After a mammoth search starting with Bristan for a 5inch Shower Rose Chrome Plated and visiting a number of websites I finally came lucky with MyTub who promptly confirmed it was in stock and so placed an order. Many thanks for the quick email confirmations and delivery this morning at 10am, great service and very pleased. Vivienne...
