Very pleased with the products. Was able to put the on my existing gas fire with no problem. I was relieved I could still get replacement coals as my fire is over 10 years old. Slight confusion regarding delivery but this was sorted out quickly. ...

Just want to thank My tub for excellent service. I ordered a part that has now been declared obsolete by the manufacturer and My tub managed to track down the item and get it delivered to me asap. After a great deal of research I decided on MyTub to supply the "necessary" for my bathroom remodel. This is was my first encounter with MyTub and I was NOT disappointed. From the outset they had everything I needed and at a very competive price. It was a pleasant change and maybe one which helped me decide on MyTub, to hear a North of England accent. Any real or perceived "problem" was quickly dispelled by Customer Service, another point which instilled my confidence in the company. The products and delivery were first class and I would have no qualms about recommending MyTub to anyone! Thankyou MyTub....
