MyTub did an excellent job, total satisfaction. Even though I originally ordered the wrong item, they were happy to help replace it with the correct one....

One of the best companies to deal with
The staff go out of the way to help you
They treat you if you’re one of the family....

The price was good but the service was some of the worst I have had shopping on line. One broken promise after another. If I had not progressed the order by phone I would probably still be waiting!
You need to get your act together, I will never use Mytub again.
Still convinced you write the rave reviews yourself.
Frank.

Dear Frank
Good afternoon, I am very sorry for your experience.
No excuses, all I can see looking at the order is we chased this up with the
manufacture a lot. We gave up & got in from another branch which meant it
had to go through several sets of hands.
I am really sorry we did not keep you informed as we should have and normaly do.
Regards
