My radiator was due for delivery on the 30th, which it did not make. I was informed it would arrive the next day, which it did. In this instance the item had a long lead time for delivery which I accepted, maybe it would have been possible to inform me a two or three days before its new delivery date rather than the day before....

Great service, delivered on date specified although quicker delivery would have been appreciated as only have one toilet.

I found the service excellent. MyTub were able to re-arrange the expected delivery to a much earlier date to enable me to complete an installation within a time constraint at no extra cost. Product matched expectation. Delivery was inconveniently delayed but service was exceptional.
