I bought a Riello R40 G10 burner from MyTub about a year ago as retrofit for a 30 year old oil boiler which was in otherwise good condition. The choice and fitting of this burner was non-trivial and I received entirely excellent advice on these matters from your sales team. myTub can take a bow. it was a well organised buying experience from, start to finish. Their contact by email to your queries is better than most companies, on the Internet. Oh! by the way! I got an adaptor for the euro plug on the pump. Im still awaiting the instructions from the manufacturer. Which!..myTub was... in "No" way to blame for. I give you!.. 1010...for a job well done....

Fantastic service! I needed a part for a boiler and the website search allowed me to find it very quickly - it seemed quite rare on other sites. Not only that but the price was excellent and free delivery included! I tried to phone the order in but was told the site was down but to email for a delivery estimate and then order online. I noted the urgency since it was January and that I have a young family. The part arrived within 24 hours and the boiler was fired up and working properly within 25!
