To find and order the product I required on the website was very easy. I was kept I formed by email of my orders progress, quickly being given an estimated date of delivery, which was confirmed by a further email. Product arrived on day advised. I normally dont make the time to write reviews when I get good service but this time I couldnt excuse myself as these guys were EXCEPTIONAL!
The goods I ordered off the very clean on-line ordering process were unfortunately no longer available and the communication of that fact was both timely and professional. Not only that, the Team at My Tub tried to present some alternatives to consider which at first didnt meet my expectations.
They went away and researched some more for me, and presented an alternative which I then went for and they were duly ordered with an expectation of 6-8 week delivery given they were a special item.
I got an email and a telephone message 3 days ago saying they were now ready for dispatch and would be sent the very next day. They turned up as promised...

Thanks to you all for supplying the item that Robinson Willey told me was unobtainable, promptly. This will enable me to safely use my obsolete gas fire for many more years to come. Thanks again for promptly replacing the first item which was supplied damaged. Please can i suggest that as the item needed to be inspected for suitability, damage, and collected from your local supplier, by myself, due to its fragile nature, that it is supplied in packaging that can be easily opened and resecured to facilitate this. After inspection, the salesman was unable to repackage the item in its original box, and had to provide a different cardboard box....
