My Tub were very helpful in identifying and sourcing the part that I needed for our shower. I sent them photos, which they forwarded to the manufacturer and quickly came back to me to let me know what part was required. The part was sent through and arrived on the specified date. It has since been fitted and works a treat. Thank you My Tub and Laurie who did the investigation work....

Apart from a misunderstanding regarding delivery dates, which may have been my fault, your communication was friendly and informative, which we appreciate. Although the product I ordered online seemed to be quite elusive when posted to me, I was kept fully informed about the delays and revised dates.
From my point of view the delays were not a problem and I would certainly use mytub again in the future....
