I wanted a plinth heater and accessories but was struggling to find the particular model I wanted anywhere and the one place I did find it, it was at a hugely inflated price. Im so pleased I found MyTub. I gave them a call and after holding for a short time theyd sourced my product and said they could provide it at a much more competitive price than Id found elsewhere. Easy website to use. Item took six days to arrive, but well packaged and far cheaper than if bought locally by myself. Communication on the progress of the order and delivery including the you should have it by now email was excellent. Will use again the next time the boiler needs a spare part....
