I ordered a replacement coal bed for a Valor highlight fire. Even though the part is obsolete, you managed to get hold of a replacement. We really appreciate the effort in sourcing the part and getting it delivered to us a lot quicker than expected. Items received the next day after ordering. Ordered 2 x Bristan W BTH17 discontinued & received 2 x Bristan W BATH05, which is presumably the new replacement model. Very quick & efficient service....

The part I ordered came in reasonable time, I picked it up from my local plumb centre. At first I was quite annoyed at the fact that my location was going to incur a £15.00 vat delivery charge, this is maybe something that could be made clearer at the time of purchase, however , the communication between myself and your customer service department was excellent, and they assured me no charge would be added if I picked it up in Castlewellan. I would use you again in the future...
