Thanks, found the part difficult to get anywhere else, your ordering system and communication was great. Despite the Xmas rush it arrived on schedule and just in time....

Whilst I was dismayed that the item I want to buy was offered for sale but not available at all, the assistant Steven was very helpful....

Excellent service. Emails answered in a very efficient manner. Expensive delivery charges! Overall a really easy to use and well laid out web site.
MyTub Note;

Price was good, delivery excellent, product exactly right. Fitted in minutes, problem solved! Would happily use MyTub again.
"fix areas where we are weak and ad to areas we are strong"
:-) weak spelling perhaps, I suspect you mean "ADD to areas"...

Certainly prices for the Mira spares I required to stop my shower dripping were the best on the web (though not by that much), however what a slow delivery service! Why 10 days for small items? In the end I went elsewhere and had the shower repaired and drip free before the order arrived....

I would have liked the part quicker but in all very good. Kept me informed all the way...
