But Im assured this is going to be addressed.
But of an issue with the delivery which was promptly sorted.

Yours was one of very few companies offering the pump I wanted, and the only company offering the Pegler isolating valves in 28mm. I have bookmarked you because of the comprehensive nature of your list.
That the valves were a little slow in arriving was no surprise given their apparent rarity and that caused no hold-up in any case.

Order arrived this morning. Excellent service from the company and I would not hesitate to use them again. Mono Basin Mixer is just what I wanted and at a really good price. Thank you once again...

I was very pleased with the product but disappointed that it took over two weeks to be delivered. The web site is good and I would probably use mytub again, delivery problems not withstanding....
