MyTubs service was exceptional! The gentleman went out of his way to help me with my rather obscure request. In fact, he took it on as a personal quest, going off to investigate, calling me back and showing a genuine interest in solving my problem. My only negative comment would be that the website or the part that I was searching could do with more photographs....

We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever concerning our dealings with mytub. The item we ordered was obsolete but mytub were very quick to suggest alternatives. We phoned them to order one of them which was cheaper than the one we had ordered and paid for. The balance of our payment was refunded immediately. The item, a towel rail, arrived the next day. From start to finish, we were kept fully informed of the progress of our order. The person we spoke to on the phone was polite and efficient. We can thoroughly recommend this company. Excellent service, but I find it strange that I can order something from My Tub, 250 miles away, yet its actually delivered to me by a local plumbers Merchant, and at a better price than if I went to the plumbers merchants direct. ...

Wow, what amazing service! My order was scheduled to be delivered in 2 days. I called up and told Christine that it was really urgent. She said she would do what she could. It arrived in just over a day, which was incredible service.
