I ordered some coals for a gas fire which included delivery, but due to the delicate nature of the coals you would not deliver I dont know why you show something on you web site that you cannot deliver. You then had to re credit me for the delivery cost. The item was then sent to another distributer which I had to collect from.
All this took me numerous phone calls and over a weeks wait I would have been better going straight to the local distributer....

Wonderful service - and you even realised when Id ordered the wrong thing - psychic too! I really appreciate that you emailed me to check what I actually needed rather than sending exactly what Id ordered. Thank you....

The item I ordered was not in stock, but I was kept informed about progress and then given a date for delivery. Item has now been fitted and is good....

Despite the fact that the order was delivered at seven days and I thought it would only take about 2 days, as soon so the staff knew there was a problem they could not have been more polite and helpful to ensure I got my product. Well done and thank you! ...
