Finally received a complete undamaged wc! Thank you all so much for your extra effort and perseverance in making sure the reordered items reached us intact. I appreciate that Mytub were in no way at fault for the extra waiting time and have been impressed with the regular updates provided. The part I ordered came in reasonable time, I picked it up from my local plumb centre. At first I was quite annoyed at the fact that my location was going to incur a £15.00 vat delivery charge, this is maybe something that could be made clearer at the time of purchase, however , the communication between myself and your customer service department was excellent, and they assured me no charge would be added if I picked it up in Castlewellan. I would use you again in the future...
