I have nothing but praise for Steve and his colleagues. I ordered a discontinued Ideal Standard bathroom sink from you. Steve called me and advised it might be better for me to collect rather than wait for delivery with the risk of damage. He had already confirmed its condition as 100%. It was not there were scratches and stress marks. Steve then located another for delivery. this arrived scratched. He then located a third this seems to be undamaged. The Customer Service at mytub were exceptional. The Roca corner sink and towel rail I had been searching the internet for I could not locate anywhere, but a quick call to mytub, not only located the sink in the UK but also located the towel rail at the manufactures in Spain.
A friendly service, who kept me informed throughout the search.
Would highly recommend mytub.

I inquired about the Matrix for a Focal Point gas fire as I wasn't sure if it was the correct one and kindly MYtub assistants enquired for me to Focal Point to make sure it was the correct part. I then ordered the part and could trace its progress on Mytubs web site, which I found very useful. Mytub kept me up to date on the order through emails also. I quickly received the part via a courier which was very well packaged as the parts were delicate and were in perfect condition. Thank you Mytub....
