Absolutely fantastic service, from ordering to delivery I really have nothing negative to say. I was kept up to date every step of the way via Email. It was ordered and delivered within a 3 day period and was delivered in suitable packaging. The delivery driver was pleasent and professional. Like I said I could not fault any part of my order. Unfortunately initially the wrong size coals were delivered for my gas fire.However once I had notified My Tub they were very helpful and efficient.Most impressed with how quickly Stephen responded to my emails.

Although my order was delayed, there was communication throughout. Customers do not get annoyed because a delivery has been delayed. Most people are reasonable enough to understand that things sometimes happen which are beyond the companys control. What customers find annoying is when the company cannot be bothered to keep them informed.
I was fully informed on progress practically on a daily basis and the item was actually delivered 6 days earlier than estimated. I am happy and particularly impressed with the level of customer service....
