Good delivery service. Bath arrived earlier than expected. Kept informed on deliveries. Packages arrived in good condition. Drivers helpful - were on 1st floor & both were willing to help carry heavy good up the stairs. Price competitive. Would recommend to others....

I picked up my goods from Plumb&Parts at Unit 29 & 30 Anniesland Village Business Park Glasgow G13 1AY as directed. This was all very efficient thank you but unfortunately the coal matrix was damaged and a new one had to be ordered. I am awaiting this part. The service so far has been very satisfactory and the part should arrive within the next day or so.

I wanted a folding shower screen finding one to fit my specification proived difficult but Mytub staff were very helpful and patient. Received geberit concealed cistern within 5 days, tried to fit Saturday and found part missing. Had to wait till Monday to advise of this missing part. I was told to leave it with customer services and they would get back to me. In the meantime I spoke to the manufacturer and received the part next day. Four days past not a word from My Tub. Well done Geberit not so well done my tub, just a call to say what was happening might have helped...
