1st Class service and extremely fast delivery. My local shop said they could not supply replacement coals aerator tubes for my gas fire because they were very fragile and always arrived broken. When trying to source the required 3 bar relief valve with swivel nut and gauge, I found a few sites online that claimed to stock the item, but then showed the photo of a completely different version - not very reassuring. I also visited a Travis Perkins outlet as a retailer of Inta products, and although they tried very hard for 30 minutes to identify the valve, they were unable to do so. MyTub had the right photo on their site and offered the product at a reasonable price. It arrived as per schedule and, most importantly, was indeed the right valve and gauge.

Although delivery took over a month, this was a part for a piece of equipment nearly 20 years old and myTub were one of the few places I found who could supply it, we were kept updated on the delivery schedule and your staff were very helpful when I chased the order. I would use myTub again....
