A 1st class service. I used the online chat facility to check that the part was in stock. Once I placed the order I was contacted and informed that the regular delivery service could not guarantee delivery before Christmas. The express delivery arrived within 30hrs ... Incorrect picture shown against product, resulting in having to phone mytub to confirm correct item would be sent. Helpful sales advisor confirmed picture was incorrect, but right product would be sent. Website was updated and now shows correct picture for product. Items delivered. Would use mytub again....

Re Delivery.
On the order form I added that the part could be left in a safe place.
Only to be told that it would have to be signed for.
When I emailed on the day asking for an idea of a time, I was told that the delivery was on its way but that you didnt have the drivers itinerary and couldnt give any time.
Eventually, late afternoon, the part arrived.
If Id have known that you had a tie with parts centre I could have picked it up at a branch.
All other companies I deal with deliver to a safe place nominated by me.
I wont say I wouldnt use My Tub again, but I would think twice about it....
