Great service and assistance from your staff in Whitley Bay they could not have been more helpful. You were however let down badly by the Plumb Centre in Burnt Common near Guildford Surrey. I eventually had to go there to collect the basin because allegedly their driver could not find the house. It is on one of the main roads in Woking, to get into Woking from Burnt Common 3 miles he has to drive along part of it. I was told the goods were awaiting collection, went and found them still to be in the van on another random walk around Woking. When the driver returned I asked him what had gone wrong he said he got the first 50 yards along Old Woking Road, his sat nav told him to stop at the takeaway chinese so he did and gave up. Just wish to comment on the recent experience with MyTub.
Espeically Steven based in Newcastle, was very helpful throughout the entire process- and the driver who got x24 pans from around all your branches to our offices in Bury. I was advised that they even included x1 free of charge which shows that this company go out of their way to provide excellent customer service.

The price was good but the service was some of the worst I have had shopping on line. One broken promise after another. If I had not progressed the order by phone I would probably still be waiting!
You need to get your act together, I will never use Mytub again.

Good afternoon, I am very sorry for your experience.
No excuses, all I can see looking at the order is we chased this up with the
manufacture a lot. We gave up & got in from another branch which meant it
had to go through several sets of hands.

Faulty item sent out first time but the speed with which a replacement was sent was staggering. I missed delivery of it the first time because it came so fast. Excellent service from a company that obviously values its customers. Well done....
