A good price and speedy delivery through my letterbox. Frequent email updates kept me in the picture whilst my order was processed. I am pleased with the service and will use again....

Excellent service. I placed an order for a toilet seat, having never used you before. Received a phone call within minutes checking I had ordered the right item as there are different sizes available. Having confirmed item was correct it was delivered 2 days later. Very pleased....

Yes I have received my order. The delivery Guy called me before he delivered.
Thank you so much for all your help, I was stuck and I did not know where to find it.
Once again thank you so so so much.
I will come back to you.

Very good, fast service. Order delivered next day.
Only one note: a professional looking invoice in PDF format would be better than the simple e-mail invoice

After some delay in delivery due to being in lockdown and NHS requiring urgency on their washroom needs ,I was eventually given an acceptable date which got delivered as promised , so I am pleased with that . The product a washbasin tap was as requested and looks good . Yes I would deal with the company again as they keep you up to date with delivery progress....
