You asked fora review which I am pleased to give. Not having used your company before and finding a couple of days before Christmas that I needed a spare part for my fire, I came across your name as suppliers of the part.
I duly ordered this part and was so pleased with the service I received and took the trouble to comment on your excellent service at that time. Imagine all the hustle and bustle of the Christmas period, delays, etc. with transport generally - BUT - your firm came up trumps and delivered the spare part before Christmas - much sooner than expected, particularly when the delivery date was projected for January. Well done and thank you. I would not hesitate to use your company on another occasion....

The availability and the price of this product was second to none. Sadly the delivery service to the pick up depot was not to such a high standard as this very fragile part arrived in a less than adequate envelope broken despite being marked fragile. This was quickly replaced by you and was carefully looked after at the depot. An extra quid or so on better packaging would be better to speed delivery and reduce returns....

Having waited in all day I received a phone call from the carrier stating that you had sent 1 by 1 unit instead of 1 by 4 pack of water filters. Is this correct. They also state that delivery will be some time tomorrow. Apart from this problem it has been a pleasure dealing with you. I appreciate being kept informed as to order updates

I apologise for the mix up in the delivery I have contacted the branch and they assure me your order has been re-ordered. The manufacturer in error thought there was only item on your order and so only sent us one filter. The branch say they sent the one item to yourself until the others came into stock. Finally received a complete undamaged wc! Thank you all so much for your extra effort and perseverance in making sure the reordered items reached us intact. I appreciate that Mytub were in no way at fault for the extra waiting time and have been impressed with the regular updates provided. It was a bit of a gamble going through an unknown company but I am very pleased with the service received.
