A first class service was provided by your staff. You sent me updates about my order and the items delivered were exactly what I needed to fix 2 leaking radiator valves. Having searched high and low for the type of radiator valves fitted in my house I was extremely happy when I found mytub on the internet. Hi, Im sorry but I am not very impressed with the speed of your service.
I placed my order on the 18th October, I had a totally different part delivered last week even though the paperwork had the right part description on it. I phoned the number on the delivery note and I was told the correct part would come the next day - it didnt, & it didnt come the day after that either so I phoned again and was told they had to re-order and it would be with me by Monday this week - it wasnt, I waited until Thursday and had to phone them again - the part is in the warehouse and apparently it will be with me tomorrow!
What looked like a good value product has caused me to phone my customer three times to explain the delay and call your supplied three times so far at peak rate to find out what is ha...

Had to wait a week for the part, but didnt mind as it was cheaper than other places. However I was kept updated at all times by the friendly customer services staff.
