It took a bit of time for the goods to arrive, but fortunately they were not urgently required. The delivery invoice had an incorrect street number on it but the delivery man used his initiative and called me, so the goods got delivered. Parts & spares excellent range. Delivery options need to be tightned up. Had to chase part which had been delivered to depot but not delivered to me. A new order had to be made. For the customer advise them how it will be delivered, post ,local depot, direct from supplier and estemated day of delivery. This I think would be a way to improve your service....

Thanks I have received all items in normal condition.
Anyhow what I mentioned that u put 3 small packages in 1 much bigger cartoon what increased shipping charge at least twice. And apart of that 3 packages were very loosely in that cartoon and they shook much there....

Thank you for seeking my feedback.
The first time the order was sent out parts were missing. Rather than send me the missing parts (weighing about 200 grammes), you sent an entirely new order in a box which is about 3 feet long and 1.5 feet square. And the courier who delivered it refused to take the old order away.
I am now sitting here with a very large box in my office with a brand new toilet seat in it. I would like to know whether I should dispose of it (rather wasteful) or whether you are going to collect it. Please advise. If you do not tell me what to do, I shall keep it for one more week and will then dispose of it.
As to the product itself, it does not fit the toilet well because the hinges raise the seat too far off the bowl, such that the weight is not distributed arou...

Brenda, you are a star. Fantastic customer service.
Bought a Myson towel rail element from MyTub that sadly malfunctioned after 18 months. 2 year warranty confirmed by Myson. Brenda went out of her way to arrange a replacement part, having to navigate a challenging supply chain in order to get it to me.
Will definately shop with MyTub again.
