after placing initial order and paying for it i was then told my item was obsolete my tub dont stock it but they said they would source my item for me which ended up costing me £25 more than mytubs original price. i feel i could have been told before payment that they dont have items in stock leaving me free to look elsewhere or they could have quoted a price items will cost you after they order them in for you first before taking your money. not as cheap as you first appear!!

Unfortunately obsolete items do not get the price updated so will appear a great deal cheaper than the replacement product.

Everything was eventually delivered. there was confusion as the I didnt put in the comments section to deliver to me. as I listed the office address, it wasnt clear that the parts were for the officelight commercial rather than personaldomestic use....

Ordered one day, delivered the next working day. Exactly as described as no picture of item available, fits perfectly and superb, courteous service from all staff involved. I put this down to good old Northern common sense. Well done My Tub and thank you....

Very pleased with the service received and the prices which were less for the same product ordered a year before from another website. The original delivery had some damage to the packaging of the wc resulting in some minor scratches to the pan. A replacement was dispatched and received within days. Impressive. The missing flush button came from the manufacturer which took a little longer. I would definitely recommend this company....

The item arrived on the confirmed date. However, I had it delivered to my work address large organisation and my name was omitted from the address label. Fortunately it included my phone number otherwise there would have been a delay in receipt.
