I have been waiting 10 days for a part to be supplied. I asked MyTub how much longer I had to wait and received a vague reply saying possibly next week.. i cant run my business like this, what do you think my customers will say. I wont be ordering again. I don't suppose for one minute these comments will be displayed on My Tub feedback. So that makes me wonder how many other customers leave feedback that is not displayed.. Re Delivery. On the order form I added that the part could be left in a safe place. Only to be told that it would have to be signed for. When I emailed on the day asking for an idea of a time, I was told that the delivery was on its way but that you didnt have the drivers itinerary and couldnt give any time. Eventually, late afternoon, the part arrived. If Id have known that you had a tie with parts centre I could have picked it up at a branch. All other companies I deal with deliver to a safe place nominated by me. I wont say I wouldnt use My Tub again, but I would think twice about it....

I am a bit disappointed if I am honest, If the delivery date was shown to me before I paid, it wasnt obvious enough because I didnt see it. Had I realised it would take 5 or 6 days i.e. you probably didnt have it in stock I would have gone else where. Added to that, when the delivery driver arrived he didnt waste any time trying to find anyone, there were at least 4 people here at the time, so he didnt leave it in the porch I dont remember seeing a delivery instruction box on the order page either Consequently I had to drive to Hexham to collect it, but the item was still on the van from the day before , so I had to wait until after 3:30pm to get it. These are two separate problems, each understandable. however together its not great. If you would like more feedback and ideas you are we...
