I have only been using a computer fora month so it is all a steep learning curve to me at 80years of age. This was my first attempt to order on line and iwas learning on the go! However I did manage the order "eventually" and found it easy once I mastered the art so your programme must be user friendly or I couldnt have worked it out. Sink and tap are better than anticipated, always a problem when ordering just from photographs.
Delivery was a bit of an issue, stock not available but then it was available. Dispatch did keep me informed. Arrived on the day stated and the sink and tap in perfect condition. Just need to install it now:...

While the order is NOW complete, it took far to long to deliver weeks rather than days and the price went up to boot.
Over all score for MyTub = 5 out of 10...

Toilet seats were poor quality. Dont think they were genuine roca toilet seats as advertised.

You are very welcome to return them for a full refund.
