Good customer service and helpful contact - when it became clear you couldnt supply the original panels I wanted and to be honest, I thought they might have been discontinued you offered me options and quickly processed the new order and partial refund. Ordered an item (3 way inlet valve) for my washing machine on 22/4/2011 and did not receive the item until 10/06/2011.Although Jeanette kept me informed and always emailed back, I received a faulty/broken item twice (packaging was not very good). Wasting money on the laundrette I finally arranged myself to collect the item from the local parts center. Meanwhile the washing machine motor had rusted and when fitted the item the washing machine was broken. In the end I bought a new washing machine and my advise is to go to your local parts center rather than going through this website. VERY DISAPPOINTING!...

I used your check stock feature which varied you had my sink in stock before I placed an order. This gave me confidence that I wasnt going to be left waiting once Id placed the order.
Once the order was placed the communication on my delivery was very good and my purchase arrived promptly.

Great service. Fast and efficient. However, the box the item arrived in was 10 times bigger than the item. The item was marked “fragile” - but there was no packing in the box to prevent it banging about inside it. Photo available if wanted....
