I cannot comment on the basin itself, as the plumber still has to fit. The delivery was exceptional. I missed the van in the morning but the driver put a personal note through the door with his phone number which I called, and he delivered on the way back to the depot. That is terrific service. I wanted a folding shower screen finding one to fit my specification proived difficult but Mytub staff were very helpful and patient.
