Service was great but collection was not made by My Tub resulting in our delivery not being next day but the day after which affected progress on site, main problem it took my call to ascertain that delivery would be delayed, no-one called me ...........

Bit of a muddle on delivery which meant I stayed in for best part of a day but 3rd time lucky. Advice to others: always check first thing if item on the van on deliivery day. Otherwise the product and service were excellent.

Very good prices and service, let down by a long delivery time. My order was placed just before Christmas so didnt expect delivery before early January. However I was disappointed to have to wait over 4 weeks from order to receive the goods. Apart from this the service is excellent, and I was kept informed - although this was often of ever lengthening expected delivery dates! A tracking service once goods are on the way would be a helpful addition. I would use this supplier again, as long as a short lead time is not essential....

Order took a couple of weeks to get, but it arrived on the original estimated delivery date as promised. Considering that these parts are no longer manufactured this was incredible, communication was excellent.
So I have no complaints and would certainly use more often...

Thank you for your delivery which arrived on Thursday 21st February. It was a very efficient service when it came through. However I found your information confusing as the picture shown was what I wanted but I ordered the wrong item because it was the first on the list because I had spoken to an efficient operator , Christine,she corrected the mistake. Good points - Item arrived promptly, well packed and as described. Efficient service for a replacement part.
Negative points - My inbox has 11 emails from them, most of which were not necessary. Courier carriage charge of £7.20 was excessive for an item that could have been posted by Royal Mail for £2.80....
