I found the service excellent. MyTub were able to re-arrange the expected delivery to a much earlier date to enable me to complete an installation within a time constraint at no extra cost. It took 10 days for the Order to be delivered from 20th Jan the date my account was debited. It is unlikely that I will use mytub agin as delivery service is far to slow.
